Be careful with J2 Efax service, and don't get sucked in.You have to chat or talk on the phone with a rep in order to get them to cancel your service, but of course they try to swindle you into continuing, and they waste your time going on and on and on and asking you the reason for canceling.

And then the kicker: They say they have a "no refund" policy as a company. Well I have a no-business policy with companies like this.

This is the 2nd chance I've given them to earn my business, and they have failed miserably both times.I won't be fooled again, and you shouldn't either.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $100. The author is overall dissatisfied with Efax. The most disappointing about efax customer care from Efax was getting ripped off, no online or email cancelation and rude customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
