We tried various methods to cancel our service by emailing and calling them (only to be left on long hold times).

After numerous emails sent, they finally responded saying that we have to call a number to cancel.

We sat on hold for 15 minutes before finally getting to the person to cancel service.

We paid three extra months because they refused to cancel our service.

We will not recommend this company to anyone, ever.

There should be regulations in place to prevent these companies from continuing to steal money from customers.

We will be filing a complaint with the FTC and FCC because of the methods efax uses to keep billing customers.
