Canceling eFax impossible
I called to cancel because pdf attachments are much easier. They asked for and I provided the last four of my credit card on file and they said I was incorrect. I said the last four had changed over the years and I don't recall what it was but they could look it up because I am billed every month. The Indian person I was speaking with was barely understandable, completely unhelpful and never did cancel my account. I called AMEX and they quickly and efficiently blocked eFax from ever billing me again. eFax SUCKS! ! ! ! ! ! !

Efax will not give me back refund
We have been with E-Fax for so long I don't remember how long its been, but we recently decided to cancelled my account with E-fax just after they took money from my bank account in the amount of $129, for one years subscription and are telling me that they can not refund my money. I am now trying to settle this over the phone. They keep placing me on hold and giving me the run-a-round. I've been on hold for 10 minutes and counting. What a *** company. I highly suggest you find some other company to do business with. Sherry Houston, TX

Poor customer service
eFax review in Killeen, Texas: Cannot cancel account.
They make it very difficult for the consumer to cancel their account. I called multiple times and could not reach a customer representative. Finally I figured out that one is supposed to chat in order to cancel one's account. Of course it was time for the new billing amount and they refused to refund me. Really a scam! I do not want the service, why should I be paying for another month? I really want a refund for the month of January, since I will not be using the service. Very dissatisfied and unhappy with the customer service and billing method.

Cannot tell you how bad this company service has been. System never worked and when I sent an email request to cancel my account (they replied back) they continued to charge my account. I called and it took multiple tries to get a real human on the phone. The automated phone message said to send a message to them and when I talked to a person I was told that I needed to call to cancel the service. They refused to refund the 2 charges to my account even though they had my message in front of them. They said they could only refund 1 month of charges!!!!
eFax review in Dallas, Texas: Terrible Service
Efax autobills you each year with renewal regardless if you have been using service or if the email/phone number you have on record are no longer active. I left my company (used for business) in June of 2011 and in March of 2012 was billed for the 2012-2013 year. When I called to complain they simply said well I hadn't called to cancel. Didn't realize I had to, they should have to get some type of confirmation you want to auto-renew. I hadn't used the last year's service in over 10 months!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!
