I sent an email to cancel before my free trial was up and they kept billing.They said that they require a call to cancel and won't give refunds.
They are crooks. When I called them they said I could not get a refund and complained that it took me two months to notice. I never used their service. I tried to send one fax at the beginning and it did not even work!
They should not ba allowed to operate like this. They need to provide a reasonable means for easily cancelling an account.
I'm totally pissed.How can they be allowed to operate like this?
