Many many years ago I opened an efax account for my business. A few years later I resigned from the business leaving it with my business partner.
Problem was efax account was set up with my credit card and could not be changed. So I changed my card number....three times, but somehow efax manage to track my credit card number and keep charging to this day. This was just about ok as my ex business partner paid me back, but now that company has folded. I've mailed efax requesting cancellation and strongly complaining about them tracking and billing my credit card.
I got one reply from efax on Jan 4, 2017 requesting more info which I replied to that same day with the requested info.....But now find they have billed my most recent credit card again. Annoyed to sat the least....And will again complain to my bank.
