eFax in Denver, Colorado - Worst fax service
Be careful with J2 Efax service, and don't get sucked in. You have to chat or talk on the phone with a rep in order to get them to cancel your service, but of course they try to swindle you into continuing, and they waste your time going on and on and on and asking you the reason for canceling. And then the kicker: They say they have a "no refund" policy as a company. Well I have a no-business policy with companies like this. This is the 2nd chance I've given them to earn my business, and they have failed miserably both times. I won't be fooled again, and you shouldn't either.
